These are the terms for using negosyante.ph — written plainly, since we'd rather you actually read them. Questions go to hello@negosyante.ph.

Where things stand today

We're onboarding a first group of operators and shaping pricing together with them. The Morning Brief is free during this beta. Requesting a free sample doesn't commit you to anything — you see a real sample built from your sheet's structure (or sample data) before deciding whether to connect your live spreadsheet.

Pricing, once it applies

The Morning Brief is priced monthly, plus a one-time setup fee covering connecting and mapping your sheet — an amount we're defining together with our first operators, not set unilaterally. There's no lock-in: it's month to month, and you can stop at any time.

The Operations Tool (when you're ready for it) is priced per operator and scoped with you directly. The Business Website add-on starts from ₱15,000 one-time, plus hosting quoted to scope. We'll always agree on a price with you before any paid work begins or any charge is made — nothing is billed automatically without that.

Your spreadsheet stays yours

Negosyante is built to work with the sheet you already use, not replace it. We don't migrate your data into a system that locks you in, and you can stop using Negosyante at any time without losing access to your own spreadsheet.

What you're responsible for

Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you, and only share spreadsheets and data you have the right to share with us. If a spreadsheet contains other people's personal information (for example, customer or staff records), you're responsible for having the right to pass that along to us for the purpose of building your Morning Brief.

Changes

If these terms or our pricing structure change in a way that affects you, we'll tell you before it takes effect — we won't change what you're paying, or what you get, without telling you first.
