This page covers what we collect when you request a free Morning Brief sample from negosyante.ph, and what happens to it. We've written it the way we'd explain it to an operator over email, not as a legal template — if anything here is unclear, email us at hello@negosyante.ph and we'll answer directly.
What we collect
When you request a free sample, we ask for:
- Your name, business name, and email address
- A few details about your business — number of branches, business type, which spreadsheet tool you use, and your preferred delivery time
- What you're interested in trying, if you tell us
If you choose to share your sheet to speed up your sample, we also collect either a link to it or an uploaded spreadsheet file (.xlsx, .xls, or .csv, up to 8MB). Sharing a sheet is always optional — you can request a sample without it.
Why we collect it
Only to prepare and send your sample Morning Brief and follow up with you about it. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it to anyone.
How an uploaded file is handled
If you upload a spreadsheet, it's sent directly to short-term storage (Vercel Blob) at a private, randomly-generated address. As soon as our system reads it to attach it to the email that notifies our team, the file is deleted from that storage — it isn't kept in a database. From that point on, it exists as an email attachment in our inbox, the same as any other email you'd send us.
A pasted link to your sheet is handled the same way as any other form field below — it's sent to us by email and not accessed automatically.
Who else sees it
We use two outside services to make this work:
- Vercel Blob — holds an uploaded file only for the brief window between upload and our system reading it, as described above.
- Resend — delivers the email notification (and any attachment) to our inbox.
Both are infrastructure providers, not marketers or data brokers — neither is based in the Philippines, so your information does briefly pass through servers outside the country to reach us. We don't share your information with anyone else.
Keeping this simple
There's no account or login for the free sample step, so there's no password of yours to protect. Form submissions and file uploads are sent over HTTPS, and uploads are restricted by file type and size before they're accepted.
Your rights
We're based in the Philippines, so this is handled under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). You can ask us at any time to tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it — email hello@negosyante.ph and we'll take care of it. You can also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) if you feel we haven't handled something properly.
Changes
If how we handle your data changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top.
